I'm looking to start an ECA stack (did a search and all appropriate research) and i'm wondering whether I should go with one of the all-in-one thermogenic combinations that are available out there (which is tough since alot of them have now been pulled off the shelves because of ephedrine content), OR, should I just create a stack myself:
25 mg ephedrine
200 mg caffeine
100 mg aspirin
before morning cardio, once before lifting session and maybe one in between when i get used to it
Also coming off the ephedrine every 2 months so my body doesnt get so used to it.
On a side note, I went to GNC (Canada) and was only able to find 8mg ephedrine tabs and 100mg caffeine tabs, anyone know where to get them in higher dosages? I don't want to be taking about 20 pills every day
Childrens aspirin (86mg) should work fine i think.
Any thoughts would be helpful, thanks.
