ECA Stack- What Am I Doing Wrong?

I have been on the Ephedrine and caffeine stack since december 26, so a month now and have had little to no fat loss what so ever. I have beein eating a few hundred callories less a day with low fat foods comprising my diet. In no way is it a well rounded diet, but being in college, and not having the same schedule everyday its the best i can do. I also do cardio 4 days a week for 90 minutes a day.

I may have lost 1 or 2 pounds, but from what i have been reading it should be a little more atleast right? Is there anything else i can stack this with that might increase its potancy? Should i stay on it for another month or two?

I have been doing as much reading as i can find on this website, however nothing really gives a good breakdown of what to do, for how long etc.

ALL the fat im trying to lose it stuborn stomach fat and "love handles" The rest of my body is pretty trim, but its prety much just a beer belly (which beer no longer has a place in my diet, thus is no longer consumed)

Give me an example of a "typical" day for you. Please incvlude everything from the time you wake up to the time you sleep. Being in college, diets normally take a shift.
 
Well MWF i am in class from 11:00-2:00, so i usually wake up, and have 2 bowls of cereal, either frosted flakes, or rasin bran. both having no fat, and 110 calories for frosted flakes, 180 for rasin bran with 2% milk. Then when i get home from class i will have a chicken breast made on the forman, some potatoe chips and a protein shake. (ON choclate w/ 2%) a few hours later i will have another bowl of cereal and a protein shake. by this time its about bed time and i wont eat anything else.

The diet is pretty much the same for Tues, and Thurs. ecept im up at 7:30am, and will have either yogurt or turkey bacon. I will get home from class, and have turkey breast and chips, and for dinner i ususally have another turkey breast and chips. With protein shakes every meal.

The weekend sucks. I Sat i sleep in untill whenever. I wake up and have cereal, then go out to dinner or have a turkey breast here. (Yea usually 2 meals a day) This is because i am only up for 12 hours. I also have a meal usally when i get home from partying or whatever i am doing which is a low carb wrap with turkey and swiss cheese. Sunday is pretty much the same.
 
And that's EVERYTHING you eat? What about soda/juice? How much water are you drinking? Also, check the serving size on the cereal... chances are those 110 calories are for 3/4 cup or something... and if you're like any other normal person out there, a bowl of cereal is usually more than 3/4 c. Irregardless, if you're serious about wanting to lose weight you should ditch the cereal and potato chips and all that stuff... ECA will HELP you lose weight, but only if your diet is clean... it won't do everything for you.

It sounds like you need to head to the diet forum and do a lot of reading and research over there.
 
Will do! Thanks. Yea i eat large servings of cereal. def. not 3/4 of a cup!

Dont drink any soda or juice. Just stricktly water (about 3-4 liters a day usually) and milk in the protein shakes.
 
are you taking 20mg ephedrine hcl 200mg caffiene 375mg asprin, 3 times a day a half hour or so before your main meals? do you start sweating while just sitting there? get jittery at all?

from my experience, taking it works wonders, as long as you arent eating total garbage all the time...

are you already lean (six pack but not super cut) looking to get ripped or are you just normal, no six pack, looking to get lean? you need to be strict with your diet if you expect it to get you really cut (huge protien, low fat, moderate carbs works for me).. but if your just hoping to lose the extra fat and be lean with visible six pack you dont need to be super strict,,. shouldnt eat potatoe chips ever tho.. and i guess everyone is different. i dunno.

Yea, i have alittle gut and love handles im trying to get rid of. The thing is i havent really noticed any sweating or jitternyess taking 25 HCL/200 Caffeine untill today when i went to class without drinking any water and noticed an increase in my body temp. Could it be that im Drinking TO MUCH water? I usually drink around 3-4 liters a day. But my diet isnt the best. Im not going for a super ripped looked, just to get rid of a gut thats all. But my diet is OK, not super strict.
