I have been on the Ephedrine and caffeine stack since december 26, so a month now and have had little to no fat loss what so ever. I have beein eating a few hundred callories less a day with low fat foods comprising my diet. In no way is it a well rounded diet, but being in college, and not having the same schedule everyday its the best i can do. I also do cardio 4 days a week for 90 minutes a day.
I may have lost 1 or 2 pounds, but from what i have been reading it should be a little more atleast right? Is there anything else i can stack this with that might increase its potancy? Should i stay on it for another month or two?
I have been doing as much reading as i can find on this website, however nothing really gives a good breakdown of what to do, for how long etc.
ALL the fat im trying to lose it stuborn stomach fat and "love handles" The rest of my body is pretty trim, but its prety much just a beer belly (which beer no longer has a place in my diet, thus is no longer consumed)
