ECA Stack Frequency?

It's been awhile since I've done the ECA stack. How times a day can you take it safely? I know the dosage is 25/325/200. I just finished 2 weeks of Lipoflame and I'm going to switch it up.

Seems high on the back end. The stack I use is 25/200/100. I take it 3 times a day, and it has me prety wired, I think yours might have me too jittery.

i have seen 25-50/200/200-325 range

I do 4 weeks and 4 weeks. ECAY/Lipoflame, works well.

I can handle stims like a fucking champ but i cannot go over 50mg of ephedrine in a 24 hour period. So for me I would hit that combo twice per day and no more.

YES! It was awesome! I can see my top four, the bottom four are still in the shed. I've drop 10 pounds in the two weeks. The only reason why I'm switching every two weeks this time is because my wife has been taking MY Lipoflame (damn her)HEHE. Now we're down to 16 caps and I need to re-order. Not enough time to continue after Sunday. I may run it a little longer next time. The best thing about the Lipoflame is that it hasn't given me that weird feeling, and there is no shaking or excessive heart rate. Just a smooth feeling!!!!
