ECA stack before LIFTING?

i know most ppl take their eca stack in the morning and before lifting, but would there be any effects from it if i take ie before lifting only? (the days i dont run)
 
u will see some increased calorie/fat burning, energy, & focus. but not near the effects of running the stack with 2-4 doses per day

the aspirin in the stack reduces protein synthesis post workout --


I believe the mechanism is that the aspirin reduces the inflamatory response to muscle damage, and inflamation is an essential part of the supercompensation process of muscle building.

up until now ive always used the ECA stack instead of clen.out of conveniance i bout some Lipo 6.i have a high tolerance but it still jumped all over me.anyone like lipo6?

2-4X per day is common depending on dosage. but typically that is only 25mg of ephedra or ephedrine per cap and it has a relatively short half life. i like to use it around 6 weeks or so.
 
yeah its 25mg so i was wondering... 6wks sounds good? i guess i should start with 2 doses per day and build up to 4 right?

take the least amount that gives u results. it would be wise to only take 2 doses to start off with just to see how u react for awhile. u may also want to take a 2 week on/off approach with it.
