ECA or clen?

Just after some opinions as to which is more effective please

Don't do ECA, do ECY. Studies have shown the addition of Yohimbine to be much more effective.

I hope so because some one decided to drop a bomb on me last week and I have no idea who or why!!

yes 2 week on and off with EC and Clen. Of course it all comes down to diet and cardio. I found i lost 3.5 pounds a week while on for 2 months. I lost the same amount of weight while on both EC and Clen. However i had my diet down to a T, and was doing alot of cardio.

Honestly i prefer EC over Clen. With clen i have to add trex for appettite supression.
I Love the way EC makes me feel. Crazy energy, great Confidence.
