ECA longer use = better results

ECA longer use = better results
By: Superfrk

The magical secret to getting the most out of an ECA stack is to actually down regulate the bata1 and bata2 receptors. Now that I have your interest peaked let me explain from start to finish.

Most cells and organs contain andrengergic receptors. After about 4 weeks of taking an ECA stack some hormones such as thyroid hormone are actually increased. This increase helps ECA to burn fat, but after about 12 weeks theromgenesis will actually increase to an even higher level while thyroid hormone will actually decrease.

What is happening is that the bata1 and bata2 receptors are becoming resistant to the stimulation caused by the ephedrine use. The body has many different feedbacks some have negative effects while others can have positive effects. In this case it is a positive effect, it was reported in 1995 by researchers that when the bata1 and bata2 receptors down regulate that another thermogenic receptor the bata4 receptor which is human specific will take over. If all human and animal testing holds true then by down regulating the bata1 and bata2 receptors you will increase the number of true fat burning receptors in the body.

There you have it, the most effective way to increase results from an ECA stack

Small mistake.

It should read Beta-3 NOT Beta-4.

Long-term stimulation of the beta-3 receptor
is THEORIZED to increase the amount
of BAT(Brown Adipose Tissue) a person
posseses.

BAT tissue(Actually a FAT cell) is remarkable
because it is EXTREMELY dense in
mitochondria which makes it a remarkable
energy-using tissue.

Humans on average only posses 70g of BAT.
(To put it in perspective)

Sorry bro but when that odd effect was reported in humans in 1995, the researchers assumed it was the fat-burning beta-3 receptor. Recently, however, the beta-3 premise was discounted when the human-specific beta-4 receptor was discovered.

Here is the ref. if you would like to check it, I stand by the article as written- Superfrk

Superfrk excellent post, I've read similiar abstracts. One more thing take your eca with grapefruit juice each time for an added fat burning effect over a longer peroid of time. Grapefruit juice contains a chemical which I can't spell, which prolongs the activity of many drugs within the body.

Naringin increases the thermogenic effect of caffeine, I believe that is what you're referring to, I think it also helps absortion, not sure though.

Fonz, long term use of ephedrine increases BAT, I am sorry if it's made clear but is that a bad thing or a good thing for bodybuilders...isn't BAT the harder-to-burn adipose tissue??
