ECA before workouts?

Do you guys recommend ECA before workouts? I know that it ups blood pressure, etc, so is it safe? I know it can increase your workout and intensity, but is it worth it?

Just curious and thanks!
 
Makes me feel like a crazy weight lifting sumnuvabitch when I take it preworkout. My intensity is crazy, but sometimes it comes at a price of endurance because I will get winded before I can finish a set etc. It probably isn't very healthy either. I would not recommend it if you are taking creatine as well.
