While on the eca is it ok to take preworkout supps??

whats up ytown. i'd have to say likely no but it depends on whats in the pwo. for example if it has 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (geranium extract) then i'd steer clear of stacking ephedrine with it. ur blood pressure would skyrocket on the two.
