eca and nyc

I started my eca today and was wondering if it would be better to go with a 5day on 2off, or 2 weeks of eca then 2 weeks of nyc? Last summer i just stayed on the eca for like 2 months straight and had some sides i didnt like so much. Any help would be great.
 
and some info on the 5on 2 off deal. any body had good results with the eca cycled like that?
 
I've never taken any ECA stacks before but I'm currently into my third week of NYC. I haven't taken anytime off, just take 4 everyday. I'm not suppose to cycle this in any way am I?? I mean so far, its worked great.

you dont have to take eca.. however for those that like ant tolerate ECA well (which is not everyone) rotating them may produce better results.. with the respect to ECA in particular and its CNS effects which become blunted rather rapidly

What are the benfits of clen in this situation?
 
clen hits different receptors than ECA or NYC, basically keeps the body guessing for the short answer anyhow. I'll let one of the walking encylopedias like ulter or huck or macro answer the long answer.
 
ECA isn't hard on me at all. Xenadrine RFA-1 makes me more jittery than ECA. I like ECA a lot, I can't wait till I get NYC.
