I like to eat as soon as i get up. I would also like to take my eca first thing in the am. Will eating right after taking the eca lessen the effects or should i wait 30 or so minutes after taking it to eat. Any help would be great.
It's ok to do it that way but for the rest of the day I would try to take it 30 min. to 1 hr. before meals if you are trying to lose b.f. because it reduces your appetite, or at least it does for me.
