Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below i have a bottle of SCI FIT kre-alkalyn. my question is if it is safe to take this with my ECA stack i currently take 25mg of Ephedrine 1 asprin and 200mg of caffine 2 times a day once when i wake up and once in the evening and i was wondering if it is safe to take the creatine while on the ECA. i ussaully go to the gym in mid afternoon somewere around 2, and if its ok what times should i take it
