ECA and Clen..+ a broken arm

Hey guys!

Yesterday I broke my arm, so thought I might as well could use my summervacation to get totaly ripped. Because my right arm is in a cast I can't do any weightlifting, maybe some weightlifting with my left side to keep mass and strenght there. But I will do mostly cardio.. And to get there faster I've thought to do Clen and ECA this time. 2 weeks Clen, and then 2 weeks ECA for 6-8 weeks. This will help me keep muscles too...
But I'm not sure how to split up the Clen. Can someone give me a suggestion? I know I should use some anabolics too, to keep muscles or maybe increase some. But I don't think that is a good idea when my right arm is in a cast... It's not neccessery is it?
What else except clen and eca could I need?
Hope someone can help me out!
It took me quite a long time writing this with one finger, hehe
