After using an ECA stack, your body just crashes, you get groggy/extremely hungry, and just lack attention (similar to low blood sugar but a bit of stress involved).
How do you reduce this effect? I know if you pig out on food, you stabilize your blood sugar again and feel better as a result, but are there any ways around this besides pigging out (small controlled meals don't seem to help).
