eBay and designer clothes

so i just recently discovered ebay.... and now i'm like addicted to it. it's sad. anyway, i've started looking at designer clothes for sale on there, and some of it seems SUSPICIOUSLY too good to be true. like really low prices. anyone have any experience with this?

btw... what are some good designer brands, so far all i've been searching for is prada, moschino, versace, dolce and gabbana, evisu, armani, and gucci. any other good ones that im missing?

caveat emptor (Buyer beware) has never been truer than it is on Ebay.

I got a good deal on a Ralph Lauren Purple label item - but i know people who have ben scammed. Read the reviews on the seller and contact them prior to doing any serious business.

Also, don't buy stuff you aren't familiar with from conventuional sales outlets. If you don't wear Armani, don't use Ebay to build up an Armani wardrobe.

Also, compare what you buy on Ebay to what you see at stores like Saks or Neiman Marcus, to discern any discrepancies.
