Heyas

I'm finding it hard to shove down food every few hours.. I had a hernia operation a few months ago...

Am i just finding it hard cause i havent been used to eating frequently?

If so ill just keep hammering it down :D

I'm assuming you're asking for some advice?

Try supplementing with some whey or protein shake.
I recommend (if you've got the money) Designer whey,
or (if you're cheap and broke) Optimum Nutrition 5lbs Jug.

Drinking should be easier than eating it.

You keeping your meals relatively small? If you stuff yourself, you won't be hungry to eat in a couple hours.

Gradually get your body used to eating frequently. Start out with meals every 3 1/2 hours. After a few days, go 3 hours. Then down to 2 1/2. In a little while, you should be eating every 2 hours or so.

Take Blood's advice, too. That's a nice and easy way to get more calories.
