eating while at school!!!

now that school has started i dont know what to eat at lunch, what should i eat to lose some fat to get in shape for bball season? i mean i cant eat 5 meals a day because of school/classes and there is no time in between classes, so what should i eat at lunch to help lose fat? i want to lose fat to run faster/jump higher for bball, so please dont say im to young to worry about it now. thanks in advance!!
 
It would be important to try and feed your body every three hours or so, first off try and list some stats about yourself. If you don't have much time a good protein powder is quick and easy chicken/tuna and brown rice premixed is pretty easy to eat also...
 
I used to just take 3-4oz of chicken breast in a ziplock to my classes, eat it slowly so no-one noticed and got 5-6 meals a day in. Protein shakes or MRP's work well too.
 
buy a couple of protein shakers, throw you a a mrp packet, or just throw a couple scoops in a ziplock baggy and toss it in the cup and cap it up. when it comes lunch time, hit the water fountain, shake it and whooala, you have lunch, i used to do it, people will look at you like your crazy, but they will get used to it

im 5'8, 155, 33/32 inch waist, dont know bf%, im thinking of taking protein powder for lunch and what else?
