now that school has started i dont know what to eat at lunch, what should i eat to lose some fat to get in shape for bball season? i mean i cant eat 5 meals a day because of school/classes and there is no time in between classes, so what should i eat at lunch to help lose fat? i want to lose fat to run faster/jump higher for bball, so please dont say im to young to worry about it now. thanks in advance!!
