eating pills

do you have to chew pills before you take then down?i hear about the ip ones you have to?what about the normal ones?.....

I assume the IP ones cannot be digested well. I think its ok to swallow most other pills. Maybe its the way IP makes his shit?

You chew IPs tabs, and they taste like shit but oh well. Just swallow the regular brand name stuff. You have to chew IPs because they're harder for the body to break down.

i saw this some where......put the pill in your month sput it out on a table lick the pill on the table then slap it off the table then eat it......i always do that and get good gainz thats how i got the name "ultragainz" cuz i always get "ultragainz" when i do that......its called "lick a split"......
