And I recall you are 6 feet tall and under 170 lbs,
If half of what I just printed is correct you need to eat real food, real protein, and real calories,
If you lift weights and lift heavy you also need to eat more real food,
I know you are a cpa, I have been lifting weights, training, dieting and growing for twenty years.
Yesterday I weighed 195, my waist is always below 30 inches and I am 5’5”,
And 56 years old
So excuse me, but I have clue who I am talking too,
