EATING every TWO.......

Is that what you bros do? Every two hours? Feels like I'm never done eating, but there is no other way to get in 7-8 meals......thoughts?
 
If u weak up early you can eat 6/8 meals. I try to eat 1 solid meal and then a shake and so on. If all my meals are solid meals I have reflux
 
Kurtz it is called grazing, we eat like Holsteins, all day long,







And you my friend need real food, not protein bars or protein shakes,


But chicken, tuna, beef, all protein in real food,

Maybe a couple of shakes a day just so you don’t go nuts.
 
You obviously have NO CLUE who you are talking to........have you seen my diet? I can't remeber the last bar I've had .........and I have 2 shakes, 1 post wo 1 pre

WOW!...why so little carbs......preference is higher carbs, lower fat.........keeps the furnace growling!

I have seen your diet, I have a clue who you are, I have read your posts,


And I recall you are 6 feet tall and under 170 lbs,


If half of what I just printed is correct you need to eat real food, real protein, and real calories,

If you lift weights and lift heavy you also need to eat more real food,

I know you are a cpa, I have been lifting weights, training, dieting and growing for twenty years.

Yesterday I weighed 195, my waist is always below 30 inches and I am 5’5”,

And 56 years old


So excuse me, but I have clue who I am talking too,

Do you have a clue who you are talking too?

I just gave myself 100mg Fina and 500 mg Test E and Now I am off to the gym.
