Hey all,
Some days I sleep maybe 6 hours a night and take a 1 1/2-2 hour nap on those days.
How am I supposed to eat around my naps?? DO I just add those 2 hours to the 3 hours between meals??
Help please, because eating every 3 hours with a nap in the middle puts me way over calories for the day.
