OK, I'm the world's worst chef, but i'm slowly improving.
If you like mildly spicey food...here's a real easy recipe that I put together...that yes, ACTUALLY TASTES AWESOME!!!!
Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Veggies (I like Broccoli and Baby Plum Tomatos)
Chicken Breasts
Pepper
McCormick Chicken Taco Spice (in the small bags)
OK, steam the broccoli, then put aside
Put oil in the frying pan, heat up till HOTT!!!,
Press Pepper into the chicken breasts, both sides, totally covered.
Brown Chicken in the pan, about 5 minutes is all it takes, make sure to flip it, half way through.
After pretty browned/cooked, add 2+ tbsp of McCormick spice to the Taco Chicken mix to the chicken, totally covering both sides of the chicken with it.
Add steamed broccoli to the pan, and let simmer,
The in the pot that you cooked the broccoli, use the hot water and put plum tomatos (the baby ones) in the water, till their skin starts to come apart.
When that happens, put the tomatos in the chicken/broc mix, simmer for another min or two, and Wala!!! It's sooo good!!!
Word of advice, don't use it during comp dieting (obviously) it's alittle high in sodium.
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
