As far as cheap protein goes (like optimum), it tastes the best. I use to combine it with Prolab Pure Soy. Great taste. It's only good in water, though.
I would tend to dis-agree. I love this stuff. cheap, effective, tastes good. and 21 g a serving is just right.i know ppl say oh u need 40 or 50 or 60 g a serving but that is crap,man. literally u just crap out the rest.
