EAS meal replacements

I'm planning to buy mrps and I've decided to try the brand Eas. Does anyone else use their mrps? If so, do they mix easily with a spoon?

I use to use EAS and think their products are good. The only draw back is the price. In general I pick up what happens to be on sale. No, their MRP's don't mix easily in a shaker or with a spoon. I always needed to use a blender to mix it well. When I used it, or others for that matter that don't mix well, I would blend a couple of shakes in the morning and put them into separate containers for mid morning and mid day use.

They are called myoplex and there are many different variations of it. They are on the expensive side but if you look around a little you can find some good prices, also buying in bulk helps(they have large variety packs). You do need a blender to mix them well but they mix/taste better than almost every other shake.

yes they are right and if you mix it with a spoon you will be gagging down some thick sludge for a long time.

I use a "turbo shaker" to mix up my myoplex. Works fine...convient and no lumps.
you might want to try using 1/2 a packet of the regular myoplex verse the myoplex light. It will be slightly better for you and cost less....assuming your cutting (most girls don't want to bulk)

I used to use them religiously... but they're just too expensive, the taste isn't as good once your tastebuds have shopped around some other products, and they don't mix easily at all. My fave is Labrada Lean Body Chocolate Peanutbutter MRP.

The Myoplex light taste (IMHO) and mixes much better than the standard. The GNC mrp's are good too when you find them on sale and buy one box and get the second 50% off it's a very good deal. Enjoy.

go to www.muscledepot.com and you will get 42 packs for $49.99. You will find very few meal replacements cheaper than that. For variety I like to get the chocolate lovers or tropical flavors. - cbeaks
