I'm starting week 4 tomorrow in a sus only cycle at 500mg. My strength is way up, but my stomach looks like I swallowed a spare tire - literally. I am 5'10", 270lbs, 23%Body Fat. I was hoping the sus would not bloat me up as much, but oh well. I guess I should starting taking nolva to help that. When I walk, I'm told I "waddle."
My training is great, diet is a little sloppy though. I eat a lot of meat and varied veggies, but have a sweet tooth.
I was expecting my muscles to have more shape and definition as a result of my cycle. Any recommendations to help out? (in terms of increasing muscle size and definition)
