Just did ear candling again for the first time this year. Was curious other than removing excess ear wax what are the health benefits to it. Did a quick google search, and to my surprise, there are sooo many more benefits than I thought. Of course the FDA (who I believe is out to kill us all) says it has no benefit and is more risky than helpful. Their only defense was you may get burned but they also deemed it illegal for any medical practitioner to perform. The benefits include relieving tinnitus (ringing in the ears), helping to relieve sinus pain and pressure, removing excess wax build up, assisting with relieving Swimmers` ear, assisting with headaches, relieving severely itchy ears (often caused by yeast, mold or dairy allergies) and helping to unplug ears (often due to illness). Other potential benefits may include improved lymphatic fluid flow through the body, improved color perception, a more balanced emotional state and clearer thinking.
If you haven't tried it, try it. Open the candle when ur done. Ull be grossed out at what's lingering In your ears... Even though you clean them and think they're perfectly clean... They aren't.
