E/C/A - what are the optimal dosages?

I have some Ephedrine HCL, Aspirin, and Caffeine tablets, but don't konw the best way to administer them.

If I take E/C/A 3xs/day, how much of each should I take in each dose?

I honestly think the aspirin is useless. You can substitute it for Yohimbine HCL, if desired.

Anyway, for the EC part...

Ephedrine HCL @ 25mg
Caffeine @ 200mg

Start off at one serving daily to assess tolerance. After a few days, if you seem to tolerate it, up the dosage to 2-3 servings daily. Make sure to drink plenty of water as caffeine is a diuretic

If you want to include the aspirin, just your standard generic 325mg aspirin is fine

For me, e-hcl is better...it is lab tested, purer and more potent, IMO
