Dynamite's 5 Week CKD Blitz

Starting this today, but I'm kinda sick. Weighed 205 today and had stomach problems and very little sleep last night. I was gonna do cardio this am but it's raining, so I'll do it tonight. Also gonna train half my body as well, and I might train 4 days a week, Mon - Thur, Fri & Sat off, Sun am depletion workout, then carb up. I'll do cardio at least 3 times a week, hopefully more, depends on how I feel. Usually in 6 weeks on a keto I drop 15 - 20 lbs, so I'm gonna try to hit a fat loss of 15 lbs. I'll put up what I trained and ate later today.

Trained shoulders, quads, chest and tris. Strength went up in everything again. Keep in mind I was very low carb (under 100g/day) for the last 2 weeks.
Not hungry at all, probably due to the ECA stack. So far I feel fine. Ate 6 eggs, some bacon and some groundchuck today.

Man, this diet is easy when you're doing it for like the 4th or 5th time. I ain't craving anything, skipped my carb load and my strength was the same. Weighed myslef late in the day Friday (after eating, gallons of fluid, etc) and I was 199. I only lifted 2 days last week, same for cardio. I saw some friends this weekend I hadn't seen for awhile and they said I looked bigger, that's always good to hear. The dymetadrene kills my appetite so my cals were pretty low, so I bumped em up the past 2 days and I look alot leaner. This diet is the shit, if you need to drop chub and think you can hang, then hit it up. Im gonna add cardio and possibly lift 4 days this week, but not sure. Will do at least 3 days cardio, and I'm out-

No, I'm not doing anything dealing with leptin. I figure it'll jump up some when I carb up. And I can't afford anything in the supplement market regarding it. If I stall out for a week or two I'll make some adjustments, but until then I'm not gonna worry about the leptin thang.

My stomach is gonna blow up. This first carb load is killa. I haven't eaten all that much, in fact I've probably eaten around what I was eating daily in December, and man, I can't handle it. I feel lethargic and my gut is distended (which looks funny, but the pain isn't so I don't like the trade-off) and I'm basically just hatin' this. I think next time I carb load I'm just gonna eat normal and drink kool-aid all day or somethin. My stomach ain't big enough to go to war with 500 - 600g carbs, man. I look alot bigger, though, and I did a quick (45 min) depletion workout of around 500 total reps.
Tomorrow it's back to the fat and protein, and yeah, I am lookin forward to it. I'd rather drop more fat than eat anymore carbs. I'm gonna go drink some metamucil now. OUT_

CKD Workout

KD,

Do you have to do the workout outlined in the CKD diet or can you stick to your regular workout (heavy low rep)?

My diet today:
-3 eggs + 5 whites, sausage and cheese
-6 oz ground chuck w/cheese and lettuce
-Maybe 2 4 - 5oz ground chuck burgers with a salad.
-If I need a snack I'll eat some string cheese, and I usually drink a few diet pops during the day.

Thats it. I don't bother eating more than 3 times a day on this, since i'd rather eat a more caloric dense meal than have to eat a small burger patty or 3 eggs every few hours. I'm never hungry either.

Do whatever you want, but just make sure to include some form of depletion workout before the carb-up. it made a big difference in mine.
My workout after a carb up looks like this, assuming I carb up on a Sunday:
Mon:
Military Press: 5 sets of 3
Squats: 5 sets of 10
Benchpress: 5 sets of 3
Frech Press: 3 sets of 10
Tue:
Bent Over Rows: 5 sets of 3
Deadlifts: 5 sets of 3
Curls: 3 sets of 21's
Calves: Any way I can, be it 2 sets of 50 or 10 sets of 10, 100 reps for calves.
Sunday AM: Depletion workout
That's it. I don't fuck around with any fancy shit, basically just core lifts. I'd also recomend doing some high rep sets for each bodypart after the heavy stuff to help deplete glycogen, but I don't have to do that anymore as I hit ketosis supa'quick. I also gotta keep it simple cuz I'm stuck training at home.
