Im off to Dubai for 6 weeks working, Im on a course just now and its not due to finnish for another 6 weeks. Does anyone know the law in Dubai regarding steroids? I was just going to stick them in my suitcase.

I have no idea. I'd be careful in Arab country these days though. But I think UAE is pretty friendly government to USA, unless I'm mistaken. Stay out of any slums (fundamentalists might kidnap you.)

I would be really careful transportting anything bro. Laws and gov. are really cracking down these days.

I would look into what the laws are like there for buying it there instead of smuggling it yourself on the plane. From what I here, Dubai is much different than other middle eastern countries. I have heard its one big amusement park and shopping mall. They are heavily oriented around tourists. There must be someone here who has been there, so consider this a bump! lol.

Ah, the good ol' UAE. I spent the better half of two years there (in the military) and had a blast. However, this was before all of the terrorists attacks and such. I used to go downtown to the pharmacies (which are on about every corner) and get what I needed. The supply was off the chain! All you had to do was give the pharmacist the name of the gear you wanted, and after a phone call a runner was there with it after a few minutes. It was VERY legit gear but very expensive. As long as you're not dealing it, shipping it back to the U.S, or being just plain dumb with you'll be just fine.

P.S. While you're there, check out the Scottish Lounge, Hurricanes, Pancho Villas, Billy Blue's and Cactus Cantina. Awesome places to drink and eat. Ah, the good ol' ride down Al-Maktoum highway in the 80's caprice classics.

Guess it depends on where u go... And if u'r lucky.. But It's definitly not over-the-counter...

Carrying steriod is not a crime in dubai. However there are some strict rules which are imposed by the government. Take a before you travel along with itinerary, the accommodation documentations etc.
