drug test!!!

Ask them if you can re-schedule that piss test in about 4 or 5 months if you know for sure they're checking for steroids.
If its just a drug test for work, they're just testing for recreational type drugs so you should be ok.

equipose 4-5 months, sust 3 months, winny tabs are gone quick, winny depot hangs around for a while. Good luck!

Yes it is very true. Sounds to me like you need to start diluting if it is a test for AAS.
Drink tons of water
color your urine with B-12
Eat lots of red meat to get your creatine level up (they check this to make sure your urine has not been diluted)
Do not give them your first piss of the morning
and, only give them a mid stream piss. (Start peeing in the toilet move it to the cup and cut if off before the end of the piss)
oh yeah, do not, do not work out tonight or tommorrow. Be lazy. Working out will put the metabolites in your blood stream which will be excreted by the urine.

They will not test for anabolics. I can assure you. It would cost them $125 to $300 per employee. Multiply that by the number of employees and you are talking about 100's of $1000.
Don't worry. Is there any chance that street drugs will show up??? If so follow the same procedure I stated earlier. And do not take any over the counter medications tonight.

I don't think ephedrine is a problem. It is in lots of OTC medicine. You might want to double check on that though.

Ephedrine should be out be the time the test starts. But do not take anymore. It could cause a positive result for amphetimines.
I would go ahead and get alot of water in your system just in case. Just do not over do it. A diluted test could throw a red flag up.
Also before you test they will ask if you have been taking anything. Tell them you have had sinus probs and took some sudafed.
