Drug test and ECA Stack

I am going to be getting a new and better job soon but I am going to have to take a drug test most likely. I have been using Adipokinetix and Xenadrine. Is there any chance I will get a false positive off that? Should I warn them at the lab before they do the test? Thanks for any input.
