having lost twenty pounds, i'd like to lose twenty more while maintaining strength. i'd like to be lean and strong rather than just big now, so any suggestion would be great.
 
Man, that is too open a question.

Read up a little bit and come back with a draft diet/training plan so we can ellaborate on that basis... it is 2 way street bro, we are willing to help, but you need to do your homework too.

Also, get a Body fat test done, we will need that to be more accurate on suggestions.
 
Exactly what Pintoca said. Find out what your bf% is.....maybe you don't even need to lose that much (?). Read, read, read.
