Dropping BF before starting gear.

I was plaining my first cycle of gear , when I started to wonder if I should drop some Body Fat before I started my first cycle of AAS. My not sure on my BF% (is there a place to get a round anout figure with measuring) but Im guesing it more than it should be, mainly in the gut.

Anyways I was reading about how you do gain alittle BF on gear and my BF will proably hide my muscle gain, so Im looking to drop some Fat.
I know how to diet and workout, I been doing them for 4/5 years now, but I got into an accident 1 year ago and haven't touch a weight since, I now once I start I'll lose some fast, but I want alittle help this time.

So whats out there I can take to help me along. I've heard about things like T3, Clenbuterol, Thermorexin, ect..
So whats best to use/stack in your opinions?

When you say you know how to workout and diet, what are your plans ie:CKD diet with carbup weekends (if no weights minimize size of those weekends) AND cardio 5 days a week for 30min on an empty stomach or just "watching calories"?

As far as the other stuff, you could do clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Supplementing with ephedrince HCL during the weeks off from the clen. Just make sure to supplement with taurine.
 
i was under almost the EXACT same situation.. but i was out for 18 months and it was a back injury.. i did a CKD,.. i was a big food-nazi.. 30g to maybe 50g carbs+ 250g Prot. + minimal fat from GLA/CLA (and what ever i got from bacon and cheese.. hehe), then on the weekends.. big time carb up. Sups were multi vit, GLA/CLA, Magnesium/Potasium, R-ALA, Ginger, Clen (60-80mcgs for 2w on 2w off) later added 25mcgs of T3 for 2 weeks. I went from 248 to 220 in about 7 weeks.. My work out regimine was 45 to 50 minutes intense cardio in the morning, and 90 to 120 minutes in the gym that night, 5 days a week.. and i'd say 90% to 95% stayed the same after being 'off' clen/t3.. i gained better body composition and definately shreaded a ton of fat... well, that's my story.. hope it helps you out..

Go to GNC and pick up some accu-measure calipers for about $20 bucks.
