been eating lots of salads, rice, sweet potatoes, some chicken/fish.. and doing starved cardio in the morning and cardio in the afternoon after my weight training. also playing some tennis on non gym days.
the fat seems to be coming off like crazy doing this. although I'm sure I am losing some muscle too along the way, it doesn't LOOK like I am losing muscle. i just look better all around and my jeans fit me again
cycling is difficult. when you come off a cycle it seems like the fat piles on quickly and metabolism slows way down. I was 7% bf... 2 deca cycles later I zoomed up to over 15%. now I am inching back down..
but I am not ready for HRT yet so will continue to cycle. word to the wise, be prepared to work your ass off in between cycles or risk putting on a lot of fat.
