dropped 2% bf in 2 weeks during PCT

been eating lots of salads, rice, sweet potatoes, some chicken/fish.. and doing starved cardio in the morning and cardio in the afternoon after my weight training. also playing some tennis on non gym days.

the fat seems to be coming off like crazy doing this. although I'm sure I am losing some muscle too along the way, it doesn't LOOK like I am losing muscle. i just look better all around and my jeans fit me again

cycling is difficult. when you come off a cycle it seems like the fat piles on quickly and metabolism slows way down. I was 7% bf... 2 deca cycles later I zoomed up to over 15%. now I am inching back down..

but I am not ready for HRT yet so will continue to cycle. word to the wise, be prepared to work your ass off in between cycles or risk putting on a lot of fat. :heart::heart:

once I do run a cycle i think I will have excellent results and push myself that much harder
 
Steve, sounds awesome bro. For me I always do cardio while on. Not on an empty stomach but for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes after work out. Also, what goes into the pie hole will (what does not go into the pie hole) will have to do a lot with your recup as well as your test levels increase/decrease. Keep up the good work bro.

Bro I can tell you cannot wait to do another cycle. All your post mention how bad coming off sucks and talking about your next cycle. I know what you mean cause I was in your position last year. Now I do 200mg Test a week and bump it up every so often with Primo or Anavar when I want to cycle. I coudln't take anymore of that pct bullshit. I think most of it is useless. It may help but your body won't fully recover for months after a cycle.

when I'm at the gym I wish I was on. i miss the strength, the pumps, the quick recovery between sets, and everything else AAS gives you.

but I also understand that my body needs a break and that even when off I can still mantain or even make gains.

I dont want to open that can of worms TRT or HRT quite yet. because I want to take advantage of my own bodies testosterone as long as possible then when i get older i can worry about that.

like you said it is easier just to stay on, but I am up to the challenge of cycling and very dedicated.

im with you on that one!! If you still train hard and eat well by the time you start your next cycle you havent gone backwards at all and you will alwasys come out ahead after each cycle. All depends on where you wanna stop and are content with....
