does it matter what time u drink it and also should u eat before u drink it or does it even matter? thanks- lexus

doesn't matter but I would take it in the morning right when you wake up

Get hold of some barley water or diluted orange juice etc. and an empty soft drink bottle with a screw top and then use a dart to suck up your Winny and squirt it into the juice - you can then keep the levels constant by spreading the 50mg dose over the day ie. 2 or 3 drinks!
