drinking my winny

I have 50mg/ml injectable winny. i was wondering how much i should drink each day if i was to do it oraly.

if you are taking other gear than take 1cc @ 50mgs and put it into a 00 jell-cap ED some guys will tell you that injecting is still better- imo- the less I poke myself the better- I will use winny orally from now on- I personally saw no difference in results

Drinking works fine, but not a well as pins. Still Good though.
Don't fuck with the gel caps. Shoot it right in your mouth and then chase it with some gatorade or juice. 50mgs ED will be fine. Some like 100mgs ED, but then sure as shit the joints will start to creek. 50 mgs ED is a good dose.

I personally choose to drink it to avoid all the injects.
