whats up bro's ? I have been on the ttokkyo winni for about 2 weeks, i am drinking it and everthing is going good, but i woke up with the sorest fucking throat couldnt even swallow, is this a normal exsperience, i figured it was just want to make sure!

Me neither. But I was shooting it into gel caps and taking it like pills instead of just drinking it. BTW it was very effective as well.

Its a good way to do it. I just shot it into my mouth without the point and washed it down witt grapefruit juice.

Yea, I would make sure your chasing it with something. Also make sure your drinking enough water while your on your cycle to avoid dehydration. The gel caps idea sounds good if you have the time to do that, personally I would just shoot the amps, or drink EOD shoot EOD. Try drinking some milk for your throat, that normally helps mine a little. Hope it gets better.

well it has gone away now im not sure if it was the winny or not but i dont think it was , its allergy season here so that could be it , ill remeber the gel cap thing next time !
