liftr: your testos level are still suppressed. But again, since I haven't seen your baseline testos reading, this could be normal for you. You cannot assume anything. Your FSH and LH are normal, so this suggests that your testes are the problem. I am assuming your followed the PCT to the letter: eight-week recovery; first three weeks: 1,000U hcg, im, Mon, wed, fri; 20mg nolvadex daily; 50mg clomid daily.
Weeks four thru six: 50mg clomid daily, 20mg nolvadex daily. Based on what you wrote, you are finished with the pharmaceutical phase of recovery. Now, it is just a matter of time.
Your estradiol is normal; cortisol is normal. I DO NOT SEE PROLACTIN LEVELS. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO SEE.
Other comments: there will be no rebound effect when coming off clomid. Five-months of FINA will shut you down hard...all from increased Prolactin levels.
Here is what I would do: 1) Get your prolactin levels checked. If they are high, begin a regimen of dostinex (one 0.50mg tab twice weekly) for at least a month and retest HPTA hormones (FSH, LH, Testos, Prolactin, Estradiol). It looks like your testes aren't sufficiently responding to the LH stimulation. Time for the testes to recover and getting the Prolactin levels down are the immediate needs. If none of this works, you will probably require lifelong HRT.
