1) NO, quite the opposite.
2) Cabergoline and Cabaser are generic forms of Dostinex. Same ingredients, cheaper price (about 1/2)
3) Increased libido, prolonged orgasms, and addiction (this one is a joke!)

The most common side effect (and one that I experienced) is lethargy.

The prescribing information indicates that lethargy is likely and not to operate machinery during therapy, and I didn't expect it to bother me...

but the shit made me lazy all the time.

Just a correction. Cabaser is not 1/2 the price of Dostinex, but actually 1/5 the price! You can checkout www.buy-dostinex.com The Cabaser version contains 5 times the amount yet costs the same, hence, Cabaser is more economic way 5 times cheaper, not just half (you have to email them for cabaser).

Dostinex is among with D2 with the least amount of sides. Most 'SIDES' are actually good onces (like Libido, well being etc..). Lethargy is an option but quite rare as opposed to Bromo which give many users lethargy.
