Dostinex dosing

What is a good dostinex dose to start with for libido and gyno issues related to deca/tren? I was going to do 0.5mg twice a week, but noticed that 0.25mg was also a recommended dose. My cycle has included both deca (stopped in week 8) and tren ace (50mg ED currently in week 11).

0.5mg twice per week is the minimum I would do. Some go up to 0.5mg EOD.
