Dosing with Deca

Stupid question this is first time using injectable, I got the dose @ 400mg week but please tell me that it will not be delivered all at once. Below are my plans to start tomorrow how does it look and would i dose w/deca daily? It is hard to find free ebooks on this topic. Any input welcome

DECA 400mg/injectable weekly/8 weeks
DIANABOL 10mg tab/2 tabs daily/ first 6 weeks
NOLVADEX 10mg tab/1 tab a day/ week 2 and 5 then from 7-week 12
PROVIRON 25mg tab/1 tab a day/ week 3,4,6

24 male 170lb 2 cycle

you must be out of your mind to run deca without test

first cycle should be test only anyway. and why are you running dbol for 6 weeks? 3 weeks is plenty as a kickstart.

at your size 300mg deca is plenty.

also your PCT is weak. you need hcg, your nuts will be fried by week 6. if you are prone to gyno then you need something to counter prolactin.

you need to do more research.

I prefer to do longer esters 2x a week but I gotta agree with Steve, 400mg/wk deca with no test is probably not your best bet.

Dont run deca without test.

Dont use Deca on your first cycle.

Dont use Nolvadex with Deca.

Dont use any steroids untill you have done shit-loads of research.

So Dont start tomorrow.

I'm running test/deca for my first cycle, almost three weeks in and going great
