Dosing Toremifene

I am currently doing a 10 week cycle of Test C with dosing Adex at 0.5mgs EoD, I have a few questions regarding my PCT which I have 60mg tablets of Toremifene Citrate, I plan to wait a full 2 weeks after my cycle to let my test taper off as I have heard this is advisable to do.

1. How long should my PCT be? (I am seeing that most people run this for 4 weeks)
2. What are the recommended dosage sizes and how many times a week should I take them?
3. Do I need to eat with each ingestion and if I am taking more than 1 tablet a day should I space them apart?
4. This one may sound dumb but since it is oral do I need liver support?

This is my first cycle so any and all advice is greatly appreciated, also I resorted to creating this thread after researching forums and finding many mixed opinions which leaves me a bit confused, at the end of the day I just want to make sure I am doing this right

pct should be 4 weeks... 2 weeks after your last pin...

normal dosage of torem is 90/60/60/30... i've had good luck with recovery using torem but that alone is not enough for your pct my friend..

i always take my serms right before bed and you take it all at once...

bro, there is no liver support needed on torem... its not an aas or ph...

you also need the unleashed/post cycle combo to go along with torem...
