dosing taurine for clen

can anyone help?

i am ready to start a clen cycle, but need to know if taurine levels should still remian as 3-5g as they are for men, or should they be re-adjusted lower?

btw does anyone take T3 or synthroid on it's own?
 
I think taurine doses are the same, but not sure. I would start lower, maybe 1.5g and go from there.

T3 is a poor idea unless you are taking an anabolic steroid to counteract the muscle loss. T3 will catabolize everything - fat AND muscle. So you likely will end up softer with a lower metabolism due to less muscle mass.

Unless you are going to step on stage at the Olympia this October, leave the T3 out.

Synthroid has been found to do nothing for fat loss.
 
eek! i already have been taking the T3, ugh!

i don't think i can stop either, it's all so physchological.....:( i think it helps, and since it has not been long since i started, it's too early to judge. will it really be THAT detrimental whilst training concurrently? because i honestly do think i have messed up my thyroid as many women do yo-yo dieting, and also i am only doing a prudent 25mcg...?

the 1.5g taurine, that's good to know, saves the pennies :D
 
Brunette be very careful with T3 it is a serious drug and could mess up the thyroid even more. In my opinion unless your going to be stepping on a stage to compete stay away from it.
 
what does taurine do with clen? I have taken 2 cycles of clen and my friend told me I need to take taurine with it. I bought a huge bottle of taurine and i have not even opened it yet because i don't know what it will help with.

Well 1) it helps with the sides (i.e. muscle cramping and 2) it is suppose to prevent the rebound effect of gain fat after you go come off clen. There was a post regarding on the big board let me see if I can find a link.
 
ok thank you, yeah, I need to take taurine then, I get really bad muscle cramps, my boyfriend just keeps telling me to drink water. Have you taken winstrol before?
 
Hi, Mrs.Jnuts talking,I'm taking 25 mcg. but I"m hypothyroid and Armour and Synthroid didn't seem to effect me. I luv T3, but I seem to be losing muscle, only been on it 2 weeks :( Is there anything I can take to prevent muscle loss? Anavar?

Yes Mrs.J Var will help with the muscle loss but be carefull with the T3 you could slow down your thyroid permentaly with it.

Yeah just read the other thread about your thyroid problems. If you Dr. says you will likely be on T3 permently I am not sure what you can do about muscle lose possibly stay on Var in very small does like 5mg every other day. You could ask you Dr. but don't bring up the Var see if he dose. Make sure you are taking in enough protien 1g per lb that shoudl help some in preventing mucle lose.
 
I was wondering if there would be any problems,side effects of staying on Var long term on a small dose, Ive read that some of the women say they stay on 5mg. all the time w/no problems. I would hate to see all the hard earned muscle go down the drain.

Well with 5mg ever other day I can't see a lot to be honest. Most woman don't always stay one expect if they have a serious illness. Sides very but acne, swollen clit, oil skin and nose bleeds are the most comman.
 
Maybe 2.5 would be better,just alittle so I don't chew up any muscle or crash after reg. use. Thanks!
