Dosing RUI Liquid Albuterol Help

Stagejuan

Quick question regarding the liquid albuterol from RUI.. it says on the bottle 60mL 6mg/ML... It comes with an oral syringe of 1ML.. does that mean that 1 full dosage of that syringe equals 6MG of albuterol?

Yeah, 6mg (Albuterol) = 1ML (solution) in this bottle. There should be 10 (big) markings on your syringe, which works out to 0.6mg per mark.

So if you want to use 4mg for example, you'd divide 4mg by 0.6, which equals 6.67, meaning you'd fill the syringe almost to the 7th mark. If you wanted 5mg, you'd go up to around the 8.33 marking area (5mg/0.6).

Great question!! I just brought some T3 from the same company. How do I dose it in mcgs? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums cyph! Let's say you get a 1ML insulin syringe with 100 markings on it, and the T3 bottle is 30ml at 200mcg/ml. Each syringe unit would then be 2mcgs of T3.
If you needed to dose 30mcgs for a particular day, you'd fill the syringe up to 15 units. If you needed 50mcgs, you'd fill it up to 25 units.

Of course, there are the 10 bigger markers (10, 20, 30, etc.) on here too for when you have a nice rounded number. For example, if you needed 100mcgs, you could just fill the syringe up halfway to the fifth marker (50 units).
