W workerbee New member Jun 16, 2007 #1 I plan on taking 60mg of anavar ed They capsules are 20mg... should I take all 60mg at the same time or space them out throughout the day? Also are certain times better time to take them? pre- or post workout, morning or night?

Usually you should always take over the course of the day to keep blood levels consitent, however being a big fan of var I have tried it both ways more than once to experiment, and saw no difference, nor noticed any.
