Dosage comparison of Winny

I am just wondering what would be the equivalent dosage when comparing injectable winny (suspension) to oral. Eg: If you inject 200mg, what would be the equivalent taken orally to achieve the same level of drug in your blood (eg. 300mg?)... I know all I can expect is opinions, unless someone can give a pharmaceutical study.

I am sure injectable will always be a more efficient way to deliver the drug as you dont lose any through digestion efficiency and you eliminate the first path through the liver.
