Doping test circumvention?

Does the same system cleanser used by potheads for drug test work in steroid testing. I would think they don't but am not familiar with the way they work. If they don't work what does. I do not want to carry some other square's potty in my pocket? Any suggestions? It is for an MMA competition

Not sure. Galaxy suggested finasteride as a masking agent recently.
