O.k. so you think you're a big enough deal to be doing steroids, right? Well then you should be a big enough man (or woman) to suck it up if you get caught and not try to bring down someone else to save your own ass! You know going in that it's illegal so if it's a risk that you are willing to take then suffer the consequences that may come with it as well! Point in case......my buddy was hounded at the gym by a guy he knows for a long time to hook him up. He finally figured he'd sell him a small amount of gear that he had just him off of his back (my buddy is NOT a source but had leftover gear). Wouldn't you know it, the moron gets pulled over one night and has the gear in the glovebox!! Dickhead gets popped for it and then a few days later tells someone that if it will get him out of trouble, he will give up my buddy! WTF?! Like my buddy forced it on him or had something to do with the fact that he got caught! Fortunately my buddy found this out and had a little talk with him and he adamantly denied it. If you have too much to lose, which I'm sure most of us do, weigh it all out before taking the plunge and if you decide to....then GO DOWN ALONE IF CAUGHT!!
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time!!

Dude, sorry to hear that, I have seen this happen all to many times!! Ohh and by the way I spent the last ten minutes trying to read you post due to the sexiest distraction I ever came bye to my left. SWEET PIC!~

Clean, my buddy was sweating it until he got a hold of the dude. He says he never said he would give him up but it came from a very reliable source that it was said.
 
There is no honor among theives. Bastards! I agree. Come on if you get caught and you have a clean record then all they are going to do is slap your wrests. So take it learn and end it at you. Big old Pu**ies turn everyone else and their mother in and those people should be banned from all gyms and given the thumping of a lifetime. I know it happened at my gym and the owner kicked the guy out and is never letting him back for ratting. Karma to my buddy Gym owner too.

I dont understand the mentaliy of people who will Grass to save their own ass, Its very sad. There is no excuse for being a Grass no matter what the circumstances, Even if your being hard done by.
 
So what if he gave your buddy up. Without some sort of hard evidence to connect him to the drugs, or having caught him in the act they've got nothing on him. That guys word doesnt mean anything, he could have just named some guy off at random, to get the cops off his case.

so now he has all the cops looking at him though, even if he has only personal stash he has to now be afraid of cops showing up at his house or PO.

What do you mean so what? They could now be watching this guy because he was snitched on. Cops could take that as him being a dealer.

I'd say give him a blanket beating just for shits and giggles. :evil:

True, they "may" decide to watch him because of it, never the less I wouldnt be too worried if it was me. Unless he's doing something to draw attention to himself he should be fine. But as far as him going down for that guys stash they found in his glove box, yeah, I wish somebody would try that case in court with me.
 
I'm sorry for your friend, I hope he can just deny he sold anything,
as there seems to be no proof where it came from, and maybe
when the dust settles, the other dude will get what's coming to him
for breaking most important rule of the playground, never, never never
rat on anyone, especially someone helping you get what you need
and or someone who can CRUSH you :)

I know what you're saying OuttLaw but the problem is that if my buddy hadn't caught wind of this AND the cops did actually want to go after my buddy, it would have been easy for this guy to set him up without him knowing. If they recorded a conversation or the guy tried to make another buy, watch his incoming mail, etc.....I would think that the cops would figure if he gives up where he got it from, that guy (my friend) would not only be in possession, but distributing. Like I said though....fortunately the prick ran his mouth about it and it got back to my friend before any damage could be done. I told him that if this moron was to talk to him about it anymore to simply say, "I don't know what you're talking about".
 
here is what I think and why.. Never hook people up!!! It will get your ass slammed every time. Let people get their own shit.

The reason I say these things is because many moons back this dicknocker at my gym ratted out about 10 people when he got caught. One of his buddies hooked him up, kind of the same situation you were talking about and he got nailed driving home. It was a mess. So always watch your back. It is ashamed that we have to be this way for something so harmless but it is the facts.

Hey Champ, "What did this guy do for him to get popped for it." If I am not mistaken they need a warrant to search his car. If they don't wouldn't that be considered an "Illegal search and seizure."
 
There are so many exceptions for vehicle searches its not funny. Unless it is pretty agregious, chances are good the search will stand up. They usually do. All the officer has to say is that the guy went to get his registration out of the glove box and then the officer saw what appeared to be contraband.

I have to disagree. If cops are called for a complaint and knock on the door and they see marijuana on the table, they can't arrest them for it. That would be "illegal search and seizure." They would need a warrant. For this guy probable cause wouldn't work either.
