i always see this in responses to posts, and can't figure out from context what the FFFFFF it means.

It means the poster wants to bump uglies with the thread starter.
The thread starter then hooks up with the poster through PM's.
Upon approval of the mods of coarse. You need another 500 posts before you can do this. If you "bump" before you have 1000 posts you will be banned. I'm just trying to be helpful. You may even want to delete this thread at the chance of being banned.
