I have noticed that one can of tuna and no extras make me feel like I am going to explode. And I have a big Loss of appetite.
Today was my day off and I had to do a lot of things outside, Time passed by really fast and before I realized it, I had went up until 4 pm without any food. I drank a lot of water during the day, but I never got hungry. I did my workout after 4 pm and had my PW shake and I feel like I am full even 5 hours later.
Is this common?
I have been forcing my PT with shakes because I just don't feel like I can eat much while "ON". I am nearing the end of my third week of Sust and I am starting to get strength gains and my BF % is still dropping. My Love handles are leaving and my chest fat is almost all gone. I am still growing and gaining weight even though it is mostly water. Hell I am at 235#, Maybe I can gain LBM and no fat.
Sound feasible?
