I was in Montreal April 5th and 6th, and the people treated me very well.
Kinda surprised me because just a week or two before I was there I had heard that the asshole Montreal Canadiens fans were booing our national anthem at the Bell Center.
I went to the NY Rangers/Canadiens game on the 5th (ready to knock people the fuck out if they started booing the anthem) but to my surprise they cheered like crazy during it! Place was louder during our anthem than theirs. Pretty cool.
