Check the package for signs of violation in order to make sure that no one has been messing around with it.
This is a good one. My gym pal heard here at the EF boards that some domestick packages come with some sort of tracking device inside which signals the Cops when the package has been opened, once the signal flies off, BOOM!!! in matter of seconds cops are busting your door with a warrant to search in your ass if they want. They pretty much will catch you with your hands on the cookie jar. To prevent this, he told me that before openning the package, he locked his door very good, he set a couch across the door, and set a dinning table in front of the couch with a 25" tv. Then he started to run the trash disposal in the sink, and pour some bleach or something in there too, so in case that the cops showed up, he would throw the gear into the sink and push it down with something. I don't know if all he did would give him enough time to get rid off of the evidence. Anyway, he got his gear and no problem.

ship usps priority or express. Must get a warrant to open it. Fedex or UPS, no warrant required, just probable cause. This applies to domestic mailings.
USPS priority/express is just an extra layer of "safety", IMO. Can't open without a court order.
If you are worried about a tracking device, then open the package outside your home and throw away the package in a public dumpster or something. Err on the side of caution if your worried, I'd say.

Yeah I would agree with vocor, take the package out and open it somewhere deserted and safe instead of going through all that stuff piling things in front of the door. Plus doing that stuff could be seen as knowing you were breaking the law. I mean what are you going to tell the cops - ehh I pile things in front of the door for excercise?

Take your package for a ride! Drive around back roads that you know well, checking frequently for anyone following you. Open the package in the car. Check your order and discard the packaging materials. Place your order in something pre planned and go home with no worries. I would suggest doing this if picking up from a PMB as well. But as mentioned above there should be no problems with domestic shipping

If the package is in your vehicle and you leave the package untouched until you are certain that there is no one following you remove the order and place it into a secure location, dispose of the packaging material and go home knowing that no one saw you open that package. Don’t drive around with gear in the car? What do you suggest people do that order gear through a PMB? Resend it to their house? Look if you aren’t receiving that much its no big deal open the stuff at your house where your family resides and "enjoy". But if you ask me if it comes down to my money and a significant amount of gear the first thing I'm going to do is leave my residence and family out of it and hit the road where you better believe I will be in complete control of that gear from the time it touches my hands until it goes into my residence in something other than the original packaging it came in, and me knowing that no one saw me open that package.

If you suspect that the package might be "rigged" with a tracking device, then you DEFINTELY don't want to open in your house. You've given the authorities free reign to enter and search your house. Even if you are a "cosmetic" user, you don't want a search of your residence. Really, who wants their house, THEIR HOME, searched?
While an above post talks about gear getting seized in a traffic stop, again, there are two sides to this: Yes, the authorities can now search your vehicle, but again, you have to "tip them off" that there is a good reason to search your vehicle when there really wasn't a reason when they pulled you over.

I'm not saying that the advise i posted before will successfully prevent any trouble, probably it won't even work, and when the gestapo is ready to nail someone, take it for granted they'll nail him one way or the other.
Like you said, no one is 100% safe opening roids at home no matter what you do to prevent being busted, but in my opinion that supports my theory that taking the roids for a car ride is not any safer or better. Let's forget about probable causes, cops don't need one, if they want to search your car they will, and if they need one, they will make up one out of their ass.

I think foreign is better. I've never once had a problem with an international source, they've always come through on time, and are helpful WRT customer service. They rarely run out of product, offer resends, etc. etc. Domestic guys tend to be sloppy, turn scammer and/or get busted before long.
